Of course, Alexandra works really hard to stay strong, healthy and balanced. She’s big into yoga, and in March dropped a video of herself doing a whole lot of downward dog stretching:
But Alexandra pairs that yoga pose with some serious strength workouts, thanks to celeb trainer Patrick Murphy, whom she’s worked with since 2015. Murphy left an Instagram video in 2018 of Alexandra doing a single-leg deadlift cable row like NBD, explaining that the move works the glutes, hamstrings, core, and arms. (He even called her “the best ever.”)
Murphy and Alexandra also teamed up to create a 35-minute at-home workout that doesn’t require any special equipment. Looks like it’s time to get your own Baywatch Going Regular!
“She puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts,” said Murphy women’s Health For Alexandra’s October 2022 cover story.
And, whenever she can, Alexandra loves to be active outside, swimming in the ocean or hiking the trail. “I have found that my body recovers faster and responds better if I am in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she said. K.
Of course, refilling is an important part of fitness. Alexandra told K That she is “obsessed” with acupuncture, and has used the ancient practice to help her with joint pain and stiffness, as well as her sleep and stress levels.
